The Hope Elliott Memorial Scholarship recipients participate in a number of activities designed to enhance their academic, extra-curicular and social development. Executed throughout the duration of the scholarship period and in tandem with partners, the various activities are highly interactive.

Career Day

Salada Foods Jamaica Commercial and Corporate Affairs Manager Tamii Brown posed happily with grade 9 students of The Queen’s School following her career day presentation on the fields of marketing and communications on Friday, April 27. Brown and several other professionals visited the school to further the students’ knowledge on several career choices

Protocol Training

Broadtail Designs CEO Dania Beckford led the Hope Elliott Memorial Scholarship awardees through the paces for etiquette and protocol training. The ladies learned all the basics necessary to navigate many formal and social events.
